  • Product Info

    These are faux mink lashes, handmade quality lashes. These are limited edition style lashes, all sales are final one they are gone that’s all folks!!!

    With proper maintenance can be worn up to 10- 15 times. Let them soak in a soap and water mixture (my personal favorite is Dr. Bronners), gently pully any glue residue, pat and press to remove old mascara and let dry them overnight.

  • Refunds and Returns

    NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

    Returns: Items must be returned in their natural state. All items must be unworn and its orginal packaging. INCLUDING receipt within 7 days. After careful inspection If these steps are not followed, it will be denied.

    Refunds: Will be put back on whichever form of payment was used.

    Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    You may request a refund within 48hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will be issued a store credit.

  • Shipping

    Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

    Face by Trace MUA is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen items. If your tracking information says that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will then have to contact United States Postal Service for more information.

    If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
