A Bit About Me
Makeup for the everyday women
My name is Tracey located in Boston, Ma. I am daughter to the most high, a mother to a very active little boy and the dopest May Taurus there is ha. So, in 2009 I started playing in makeup after receiving those huge makeup gifts from Walgreens, while on campus, it got to the point where I could not leave my dorm room without applying something on my face. I then discovered YouTube, it had so much to offer to a newbie and an African American woman who was afraid of change and color. I started off watching makeup tutorials, learning new techniques and trying out new products. Fast forward to 2013 I was asked to do a fashion show for Bridgewater State College multicultural group, it was a super nerve-wracking and humbling experience to say the least. I bit the bullet and did what I had to do, in order to bring their vision to life. In 2015 I then considered myself a freelance makeup artist, started to take clients, and post mini transformations of myself. A year later in 2016 I was able to work with a designer named Ngolela for a RAW Boston event (spotlights independent talent in visual art, film, fashion & accessories design, music, performance art, beauty, crafts, tech, and photography), a few months later I was able to showcase my own set. When 2018 rolls around I knew then I wanted to turn a passion and hobby into a business. I will say that I have grown so much in the beauty industry and I am open and willing to learn more. I currently specialize in special events such as Bridal, Prom, Photo Shoots and I also have certification in lash extensions. I have completed my esthetician journey at Elizabeth Grady in the summer of 2022. I am glad to say that I am officially a licensed esthetician as of May 2023. I love everything beauty and this is where I need to be.
