Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made 24 to 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, half of the total payment paid will be refunded. Less than 24 hours in advance your deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please visit the online booking site for the next available booking. No Show Policy Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full. Bridal Cancellation Policy Bridal Cancellations must be made 7 to 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.
